Please allow 5 working days for items that are in stock to be delivered within the UK.

If the delivery date is to be any longer than stated you will be contacted by one of the Performance Coupe UK sales representatives.

All orders will be shipped by recognised carriers.

 

We are able to ship all products direct to your home or place of work.

 

Performance Coupe UK will send all products out in a 100% perfect condition, if your item is received by yourself or your customer in anything less than perfect condition you must NOT sign for the item, please ask the courier to return it to us immediately.

As soon as you sign to accept the parcel you are ageing that the item has arrived to you in perfect condition. Once you have signed to accept the parcel Performance Coupe UK can not be held responsible or liable for any damages to your item.

 

Returns

 

All sales are final with no returns or exchanges except in the instances where incorrect merchandise was sent or the merchandise was defective. In the event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us on 01747 812777. We must be informed of the problem with the order within 7 days of receipt of the product.

 

Depending on the reason for return, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged.

Performance Coupe UK are not responsible for any additional costs as a result of a faulty product, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of staff.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Warranty / Liability

 

All products sold by Performance Coupe UK are sold ‘as is” to the customer. Performance Coupe UK offers a 6 month limited warranty on all products.

Performance Coupe UK are not liable for any injuries of damages sustained as a result of using these products.  The removal of any safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Some of our products can affect fuel consumption, acceleration and top speed of your vehicle Performance Coupe UK are not responsible of the customers driving technique once our parts are fitted or any additional costs including fuel costs. Performance Coupe UK are not responsible for the customer’s actions.

 

Installation of our Products

 

Performance Coupe UK highly recommends that the installation, of any, of our products should be conducted by a professional garage with experience in fitting aftermarket performance, tuning and styling parts. We also recommend that you check the legalities of modifications to your vehicle with your local MOT centre before changing any parts on your vehicle, you must also remember to inform your insurance company of any modifications made to your vehicle. Performance Coupe UK can not be held responsible for any invalidated insurance policies or increased insurance premiums due to the fitting of our products.

 

Some of our products can affect fuel consumption, acceleration and top speed of your vehicle, Performance Coupe UK are not responsible of the customers driving technique once our parts are fitted or any additional fuel costs. Performance Coupe UK are not responsible for the customer’s actions.
